Your VIP Experience: an all-in experience

After you have booked a VIP package, the hospitality team of be•at does everything in its power to make sure that your VIP activity runs smoothly and becomes an unforgettable experience.

The VIP package in practice

Immediately after you made your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation and a payment invitation by e-mail. If you requested an invoice, this will be sent to you later by post, after payment. So be sure that the e-mail address you gave us is correct and check your spam folder, because some mail servers block e-mails with attachments.

You will receive your VIP tickets, after payment, about 3 weeks before the event.

On presentation of the VIP parking card, you and your friends or relations will have access to the VIP parking spaces (if these are included in the package).

You welcome your relations in one of our VIP areas (a cosy mix of bar stools, standing tables and lounge furniture). When entering, you and your guests will receive a VIP wristband, which will give you easy access to the VIP area at any time during the event. In the VIP area, you can make free use of the cloakroom and the toilets.

Depending on the number of VIP tickets ordered, you will share the reception area with other people or have a separate, reserved area for your guests.

Depending on the catering formula you choose (meal replacing or not), your guests and you will enjoy the drinks from the free bar and a number of tasty snacks, walking dinner or buffet.

If there is a deviation from the standard catering formula, we will of course inform you of this in good time.

For catering, be•at enlists the services of renowned caterers Amalthea, Gusto and Atelier V.

Your entry ticket must be shown when entering the event hall itself. This ticket mentions the details of your stand and seat. Our ushers will be happy to help you find your seats.

Seating is arranged in order of incoming reservation/payment.

You follow the event from the most expensive stands/seats, unless stated otherwise.

How to book a VIP package?

The search for your favourite show or artist can be done in the following way: if you know in which venue the show takes place, you can filter by selecting VIP Experience in the calendar section of the relevant venue. If you are not 100% sure, we advise you to tick all the venues. The offer will appear on your screen alphabetically, which makes searching easier.

On the details page of the event you can see the available formulas. After you have entered the desired number of persons in the package of your choice, the ordering procedure is started.

If you are ordering for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. The account created remembers the shipping and billing data you used. This will allow you to order even faster next time!
